I started my culinary career by earning the Grande Diplôme from La Varenne École de Cuisine in Paris.
I currently divide my time between New York City and the Hudson Valley and work primarily as a Food Stylist, Tabletop Prop Stylist and Recipe Developer.
In addition to my food styling and prop styling for magazines and other printed media, I help to provide compelling culinary imagery for video and websites. I work with a number of food photographers for magazines, newspapers, food companies and public relations firms.
Presently I am developing a line of special needs and healing recipes enhanced by the use cannabinol (CBD) and other botanicals. The foods we eat should heal us!
